Established in 1982, Great Little Box Company is a leading manufacturer
of corrugated boxes, protective packaging, folding cartons, shipping

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with the shop preventative maintenance program, with the help of the production and maintenance supervisors.
• Design, fabricate and upgrade production machinery to assist the production operators in improving production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production problems to help improve production runs.
• Help determine Maintenance Department tool requirements and recommends purchases.
• Continue to improve knowledge of packaging industry machines and products through assigned reading and contact with industry representatives.
• Assist and coordinate contractors and/or maintenance department helpers.
• Must be flexible to work shift work
